After following the site guidlines I ordered a 14 day "risk-free" trial. 9 days in I was not satisfied because this product is b.s. So I went to cancel. Both phone numbers leave you on hold or say to leave a message so I tried to contact them via e-mail. No response. 5 days later was charged $85.00 by "NaturalH". We ordered and paid for a bath on 2.12.2009. we kept receiving emails advising us of the expected date they were to receive it which changed on a daily basis.
