On Aunday 31st January whilst on holiday in Devon I had the missfortune to brake down with a broken exhust. Routes 360 and 362 - timetables changed with no warning. Also timetable incorrect. states 360 goes to Sheppey Hospital when in fact it is 362. Cannot understand why times have been changed, its worked perfectly well for at least 25 years. Has someone in the office got nothing to do. I took it back to them and I asked for my money back but they said they could not do this as it was outside the 28 day guarantee but i said there was years warrnaty. In an attempt to reduce our phone bill we switched to the Talk Anytime Bundle package 200 which includes all the 0845 type numbers and mobile calls which seem to fall outsite of our existing package and usually add £10-15 on our bill.
