I ordered acai berry and colon cleanse from a pop up advertisement for a FREE trail. The only cost was £3.99 postage and packaging for each. There was no mention of a fee for joining the trail or having to cancel within 15 days to advoid the huge cost of £78.18 for each product, this has been put on my credit card. ( The £3.99 (twice) has not been charged) My card companyM&S Mastercard can not put a hold on this charge so I am having to pay out £157.42 before sorting things out. I have just got my credit card statement and found that I've been charged £78.54 for the trial sample that i ordered. I not only recieved this about a month after ordering but I also recieved no e-mail contact about my purchase. They're run by the same individual (going by the name Mitesh Suma) and it's fair to say they never respond, never refund, never communicate in any way. This company has taken a 3 month subscription without my consent . After agreeing to refund my money (many weeks ago) nothing has gone back into my Bank account. I have sent several emails. This leading taxi firm is merging with another leading private hire taxi firm called (40 40 40). They will gain a monopoly on the local private hire business. This is unfair, such mergers should be assessed properly by local councils and analysis should be done on how they will affect others.
