I booked a room through Hotels.com for one night in London on 12 Feb 2009 which amounted to £74.75p. When my credit card statement came through there were 2 separate amounts, both listed as Ian Travel Services. The first was for a sum of £149.73 listed as 28 Jan 2009. There was then the correct amount of £74.75p listed as the 1 Feb 2009. I have absolutely no knowledge of any amount for £149.73p and did not book or authorise this amount. Nigerian Scammers! They are working together in the UK and there Nigerian place of business. NEVER BUY UGGS from bobostore.com They are first off from china and sell fakes. Secondly if you are trying to buy outside of china they will be held up in customs. I ordered boots on December 7th 2008 they never were delivered. About a month and a half later(so much for christmas!) I received a letter from customs telling me that if I wanted to receive them I would be placed on a "watch" list. I have communicated with them every week for 3 months and no refund. Ordered a 24 rose valentine Bouquet Deluxe which cost £35. Picture showed big arrangement. Although it arrived at my girlfriends work on time I was so embarressed. We had a new gas central heating system fitted in September 2008, comprising of a combi boiler, and seven radiators. Whilst the workmen were removing one of the old radiators, dirty rusty water leaked from the said radiator landing on top of our brand new wooden dining room table, which seats 8 adults. Norton have automatically taken payment £68.04 from my credit card without my authorisation. They sate this is for antivirus software but I do not require this renewal and nolonger have the computer for which I originally purchased the software.
