This London based con company are currently operating in the Oxford area and unfortunately called on my Grandparents in Kennington last week. Phoned Aviva, formally Norwich Union, for a maturity value and was given a figure well in excess of what was owed on my mortgage. Out of the blue after the mortgage ended received a letter from lender stating I had underpaid in excess of £3000 on my mortgage. I heard nothing until I chased on 28th June, when I received a mail on 29th June saying that they would send the parts out next week. It is now 15 July and I still have not received my goods. I had an agreement with them to take £72.00 per year from my account in September each year. However, they took £72.00 in March 09 (six months early).
