Avoid like the plague - I rented a van for a crucial pick-up, which I booked around a week in advance. Money was taken from my card but the van simply didn't show up. No one called to let me know it wouldn't be arriving and it was difficult to get a response from the less than helpful man on the phone as to when it would arrive. I was left with not enough time to hire an alternative and as a result I have incurred significant costs.
