On 8th June I was traveling on the 17.04 Edinburgh Waverley train station to Dyce Aberdeen. I went to The Pasty Shop within the station and bought a Steak & Stout Pasty. The pasty was tasty and hot, however on my arrival at Dyce at approx 19.45 I started to feel a little ill. Dear I.T.V I would like to coplain bitterly about the amount of football which is on the television, and now Euro2008 on most evenings . I feel, and I am sure I speak for many that it is far too much coverage and that other programs are just taken off the air to make room for all this football. We have been USAA customers for over 30 years and until the last five years have been moderately satisfied with their banking and insurance services. SC Parts took my bank card details and charged my card for the goods I ordered. They promised delivery next day and indeed I paid for the next day service. I never received the goods from SC Parts and now I have lost over £2000 and having to go to court to recover this. I have heard the same stories now from many people who dealt with SC parts group. I have opened a new Cash ISA account, the account has been opened wrongly for which I am following for last 3 months, but still no reply or confirmation from the Bank. Every time i receive a letter that we will come back not later than a date, but there is another letter on said with a new date. Secondly, I deposited a cheque for 3600/- which gets credited after 1.5 months in my account. For which again no response from Barclays bank. You are guaranteed NOT to get an answer from Lufthansa Airlines for ANY of your problems. The "contact" address in Liverpool UK for Customer Services does NOT exist ! You will be asked to produce inumerate amounts of paperwork that you dont have, to prove your claim if and when they contact you 5 months later !
