we bought 12 rolls of wallpaper from laura ashley and also paste as advised. we had this hung by a profesional decorater.and the next morning it had shrunk and was falling from the walls. the instuctions were followed to a tee . We sent samples to laura ashley for testing who after 5-6 weeks and several unreturned phone calls said it was not there fault and would not take any responsability. this has cost us a fortune and they did not even offer a good will gesture. I don't know how 'Full Capital Affairs' even got hold of my details; but they have passed them on to hundreds of e-mail spammers. From Tesco, Argos & Ikea to bloddy Russian Brides. There 'un-subscribe' link is at the bottom of them all; but it always comes back as an error, fault or cannot change banner - whatever that means. I get over 250 spams from them EVERY day. Don't be the next victim! I must warn you about purchasing glycolic acid products from this company. I have seen a lot of negative postings recently of a similar nature. They bill your account for the goods on the day you order and one month later I am still waiting for my package. When I look at my account on the web site it just says 'pending'.
