I viewed an Internet site a year ago that required a debit card to view information on the site. I did this and was charged 69.99. I thought this was very expensive as I only wanted to trace family members and the information was a 10 minute read! They have now debited my account another £79.95 a year later! I am very upset about the bus service. I reside in Southall and I usually have to take bus to Southall station, however most of the time the bus driver dont stop the bus on Sussex road stop even if you request them to stop. I joined limewire.co.uk at expected cost of£19.88 for one year. I did not request their 'download protection' or 'netspyprotector option' software as I already have software on my PC for these functions. I bought the phone from my local 02 shop in Lancaster, the speaker became difficult to hear with distorted sound. I took the phone back after 6 months and they refused to replace it, they sent it away to their repair agent who said it was unrepairable as there was fluid ingress which I dispute. On March 19th I have entered a panda-ib site in an attempt to download antivirus software. Prices quoted were outside my range and I have terminated the procedure without downloading the software. I have been paying in to my Pension fund since I opted to buy-out of my National Health Superannuation contributions from 1975 till 1986. Aclepsa have excellent web pages for their online pharmacy. My first order came as requested. However my second order, made three months ago, has according to Aclepsa, been re-dispatched three times from India. Their response is polite, although hardly intuitive to use their complaint system. I find it hard to believe the package could have been 'lost' or intercepted three times. As far as I know UK customs haven't intercepted the package. When boarding at Gatwick I was charged twenty five pounds because my luggage weighed 5kg over the maximum weight of 20kg. I find it completely unfair that there was no pre-warning of the maximum weight. There were several other passengers who were also forced to pay charges and whom were all also unaware that the maximum weight of luggage was just 20kg.
