We have just been had by this very slick operation. They have a fabulous website, but ask for payment then show customs forms requesting money to avoid sequestration. They promise fast delivery and show all sorts of accreditations including PayPal. The name of the individual we dealt with is Chong Zhang. We recently had some wind damage to our mobile home. The wind took off the skirting from the bottom of the mobile home. It only took off half the stuff. We filed a claim, the adjuster came out and told us the quote we sumitted was to high and was to replace all of the skirting with new. Farm Bureau will only cover what was taken down. I emailed and I left phone messages (until the voice mailbox was full, so I know I wasn't alone), but I never got a response. Finally, I contacted MasterCard and submitted it as a disputed charge. I took my car in for routine service on a Friday. They serviced the car, charge $200+. The next day it began making a horrible noise so we took it in on Tuesday. Now they claimed it needed a new fan belt. Charge $100+. They should have caught this problem on Friday. I have been in my home for 9 years. I have recently contacted MI Windows and Doors about the seals on their windows. They are stating that the windows are covered under the warranty and that they will replace them. However, I have to measure, pay for the shipping, and install or have them installed myself. Keeping in mind that any error in measuring would be at my expense. Also, when I asked why I would have to pay for shipping they stated that the warranty just changed as of 1/1/10.
