The evaporative coil (specifically covered by my policy) on my AC failed. In order to replace an evaporative coil, it is usual and necessary to effect modifications to the plenum, copper, and drains, in order to make everything fit back together again. Old Republic has agreed to pay for replacement of the coil, rightly assessing me a $60 co-pay . . . This is an old complaint but consumers should know that some of the wood flooring that they sell for kitchen use does not hold up and they have a terrible customer service department that will not look at damage to offer assistance. Lonestar leak detection came out 3 times to try to diagnose and repair our pool leak and charged us twice for complete diagnostic and tried 3 times to fix the leak. our pool still leaks and under repair warranty but now they will respond to my calls . I have bought frontline for several years and it has worked on my cats and kittens in the past. The last bach I received has not worked at all. I buy mainly Jeffers in America or from the vet. I spend a lot of money on this stuff and expect that my cats and kittens will not be covered with fleas. By the way, they don't have ticks, but they have not been outside. I sold Coast Spas for several years. As a retailer, I was NOT reimbursed for warranty work after our second year with them (which they were actually made well during those two years). From there it all went down hill. That company has restructured itself more times than I can count. Their defective products almost cost me my business. They made a great product MANY years ago, now they push out junk with high prices and more problems than the retailer can keep up with. I recently got a new credit card with a low line of credit from Capital One. So I make sure I am on top of all transactions. I notice I've been receiving packages I did not order. We bought a van from longmont ford in november 2005, the vechile was used with 37462 miles on it. Due to being a used vechile we purchased an exteneded warrenty for the van. I recently went into a rite aid to shop located (5627 Chestnut Street, Pennsylvania 19139) and I realized someone was trying to pick pocket me. I then proceeded to the front of the store for a manager or security officer to report the incident. I was informed by Rite Aide workers that they don't have any security or protection for its customers nor staff. They were told to call 911 and they advised me that police officers usually takes half to hour to show.
