My husband and I unwittingly purchased 2 residential properties from Empower Group in October of 2010. We re-habbed them before we discovered that both are in terrible neighborhoods and neither of them is rented after 9 months. We're having trouble even finding a realtor to handle them. I decativated my Sirius radio a year ago and on June 19, 2011 found that they had gone into my bank account and withdrawn forty dollars. I was told that it would be credited back to my bank in 7-10 business days. I checked again this morning June 23, 2011 and nothing has been replaced and I have had my automatic withdrawal for my life insurance come in and it did not go through because there was not sufficient funds at the time. We complained 4 times about our washing machine to customer services. The machine never cleaned the clothes properly. It did not take soil off the clothing. It maid the clothing smell like mildew. If we used bleach on a load of whites, it would leave bleach blotches on the next load of laundry. The technicians sent to fix the machine replaced two parts. Horrible Company! They ruined my $800 rug by ripping the wool and puncturing holes in it. I gave them 3 chances to fix it. When I received the rug back each time I had to clean it and they never repaired it. I'm actually not sure what they supposedly repaired on it.It looked worse each time I got it back. For almost a year this company has continually been charging $26.99 on my debit card without my authorization. They say they internally blocked my card number to all their companies, would reimburse me via check, etc and nothing yet. I personally went to my bank and discovered they linked my card to an old and already discontinued card that's why we couldn't identify which debit card was being used. This "Fusion" kayak is made for fresh water and ocean kayaking, The problem is that it has a design flaw that is especially dangerous if you take on any water. The water goes down two channels (that serve no purpose other than to kill you) that lead into the stern, immediately making the boat stern heavy. In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. I ordered Swiss Army fragrance last December as a gift for the New Year, got it in original, sealed box and when open it was a proximity of the original product. How do I know, because I'm using this product for the last 12 months and still have half a bottle from the original manufacturer.
