I ordered this company's resume-writing service. They advertise a money back guarantee if you are not hired within 60 days of sending out this new resume. I am a professional who has been in my career for over 20 years. I even gave them my old resume to work with. After seeing the TV ad listing the product as $19.99 plus a free can (just pay s/h) sounded good. I placed an order. Just before my card was charged, the site asked whether I wanted to "upgrade to bigger cans" for $4.95 additional. I did. By my calculations that's $19.99 + $9.95 + $9.95 + $9.90. At this point I thought it was getting high, but decided to go with it anyway. My bill ended up being $99.74!!! I have had my van for almost 2 years, and made every payment. This month I was 15 days late this month. I woke up On June 15, 2011 to my van being gone. I called the city police and they had it listed as resposseion by finance company. I called them to see where the van was because I was going to make the payment in with a few hours. They are the worst lender I have ever had the displeasure to be associated with. My broker has been championing for me (all 3 of my credit scores are over 810) but Provident refuses to budge on one issue regarding an addition made to the home I am attempting to purchase. The addition was an enclosed porch made into a sun room that did not get a permit 15 years ago and now they want a permit. How stupid is that...they are not going to live there...I am!!! Rented a car thru a Priceline bid for a week, paid $208.94 well in advance. Picked up car at SFO on June 4, fended off all the sales pitches from the old guy at the counter, i.e. upgrade size of car, extra insurance, full tank of gas, date with his wife, everything he tried to sell me. I ordered face cream from an ad that they had online fr $1.89 on my debit card as a trial offer. I ordered the "get out n grill" from Walmart "site to store". Both times it came missing parts. The first one was returned and the second time I called Little Tykes to get replacement parts. I don’t know where to start about the horrible experience i had from visiting latitude 30. I could start with the 2 1/2 hour wait in order to be sat in the dining room, and when our party finally was sat it took us twenty minutes for a server to finally get our drink order.
