I took my 2009 Hyundai Elantra for it's 15, 000 mile check-up and routin oil-change to Hampton Ford Hyundai at the end of March 2011. I was then told that I should have my funds available to me in 5 to 7 buisness days because my money was tied up in federal reserve. The man who runs this company, Chad Lupia, has been taking appraisal fee oney from a bank located in New Jersey and stealing the money and not paying the appraisers.
