I was scammed for $8750 USD by Harry Loeb of Pizazz International LLC, Florida based company. It was rediculously simple. The guy offered products on alibaba.com I contacted him, paid the money through wire transfer and ... never received the merchandise. Harry Loeb doesn't answer his phone and cell. We purchased a building in Victoria Texas. The previous owner had an ad with Yellowbook. Well, the Yellowbook "collection" department starts to call us and tell us that we are liable for their bill. We explain that we only purchased the building, we are not responsible for any unpaid bills. I live in a neighborhood that was hit hard in a big hail storm last year. Because of the damage, every one of my neighbors has had their roof replaced by their homeowner's insurance - except us. Beware of a scam artist by the name of Jason Booth who has represented himself as an owner of a condo at 1250 S. Indiana in Chicago's South Loop. He advertises "apartment for rent" on Craigslist. He represents himself as an owner. However, he was a tenant with no legal right to sublet. He rented the apartment to several potential victims and then split with their deposit. A major scam is going on, with 10+ DVD sales sites selling DVDs with popular series recorded from cable TV. The series are sold as legal even though they'll be illegal in 90% of the world. The communication from this company is horribly poor. They promise to call back and never do. They promise to e-mail and never do. And that is all before you actually have a problem. They booked several international tickets for me before I fell ill and collapsed. I did testing and was medically unfit to fly with the documentaiotn to prove it. This gym is very poorly maintained. Equipment broke for months. Even shower curtains are MIA for at least 3 months. Poor sanitary conditions (showers has mold and fungus), floor is always flooded and carpet has definite stench. Owner never responsed to any complaints, inquiries, emails, regular mails...etc... Following my purchase of their product and running it on my desktop there was no noticable difference. I bought a lexmark printer about 3 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it since. The paper jams consistently and I had to have the printer head replaced two times already.
