Every time it rained the ceiling would leak. Every time the ceiling leaked, I informed the management and the maintenance at Hidden Glen Apartments that the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking again. I was offered free detailing for my Mercury Mariner next time it was in for service. They called later that day saying the car was ready. I asked about the detailing, he said "what detailing?"?. I agree that the customer service is horrible at Christmas Central. The short, fat, guy who is always in the store I guess managing it is not nice at all and very rude.!! I used to live in the area and would shop there occasionally. I have since moved away and would never order anything online from them. United Van Lines picked up furniture for a long distance move 5/21/11. Furniture was put into storage for a week. When it was delivered to our final destinationthe legs were broken off of an expensive buffet server. Panda Kitchen and bath is the worse kitchen all around. They have terrible customer service and quality kitchens. On 2/2/2011 I purchased a renewal subscription to Popular Woodworking on www.DiscountMags.com as a gift. I had used this website once before for myself for a new subscription, and had no worries. I have been trying to help a retired eldery couple for months modify a land loan with a Wells HELOC that was appraised way over market value. Patrick Stevens, underwriter in AZ, seems to think his shi* doesn't stink. Hanging up on me when I inquired about their appraisal, which they cannot produce because the appraiser couldn't find the property. Okay, seriously my '94 mitsubishi eclipse 1.8 broke down almost 2 weeks ago. We identified the problems, and began to fix it all ourselves, rather than putting it in a shop. Its cheper that way when you do the labor yourself.. This included fixing a timing belt (and turns out ours is abnorml it needs two belts, ) and changing all gaskets. Very heavy job, along with more minor thing like oils and other things, plus the physical labor alone its all kind of a headache! I actually wanted to post I had a great moving experience with this company. Sometimes we cannot just post bad experiences we should also praise the good ones. I relocated with a roommate; we both had a lot of items to relocate. They came down to our home and gave us an estimate. We explained they needed to be accurate since we were relocating for work reasons and could not pay a penny more. They were nice and very clear about the cost. I have been a resident in AIMCO owned apartment complex for several years. The company that bills my water and sewage usage is named ISTA. ISTA has a meter and transmitter in each apartment so ISTA has the actual reading on a daily basis.
