Add Sony to the shit list that Delta is on right now...My husband's laptop crashed approximately 2 months ago while he's been deployed. Sony sent a letter in the mail stating that his warranty expires on July 18th. After calling them and explaining to them that he was deployed and we didn't have a way to get it to them because he won't be home before the warranty expires, they told me I'll have to pay either $190.75 for another year of the warranty or $402.75 for a 3 year warranty. Bought a 42" HP Plasma TV and had it worked on a couple of times. This was by far the worst TV I have ever owned. The weight and heat it generated was over the top. Once it started having problems the picture quility went down and the HP was burned into the screen. The unit finally went out again and we had enough and bought a new TV.
