In March 2010 I encountered a serious accident with a Cuisinart Power Blender. The blender caught on fire and seriously burned and injured my left hand and wrist causing a permanent disability. He made a house call, examined the claim information, called us twice and submitted information that included one call from plumbers, when there were two calls made to our home. I am extremely displeased with Fusion! I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from them and 2 months in it stopped working. I have called the customer support line and every time I call I get an automated message telling me that everyone is busy.
