We were having difficulty finding a part for our Kia. All the local parts houses had the wrong part. We called Kia Depot AKA kiacarparts.net. They have a listing in our local yellow pages. Submitted a commercial multi family loan through their representative Gary Olcha in Georgia. They produced a pretty extensive LOI. They required an upfront deposit after issuing the LOI to continue processing. The required deposit was wired per their instructions to Colorado and also paid for an appraisal. This people at $100 for line, is no cheap but also didn't finish the job well. I got a main sewer line clog with roots. Typically I clean/kill roots every year or two and is good. This time the guy cleaned a first spot with roots, then he didn't went thru to test the whole line and left a second spot that started cloging my line under two months after his visit. I called and talked to a man who said there is no contract, no initiation fees, and for $9.95/month, I can choose which 3 days of the week to attend to the gym.
