Lady that sold us our car doesnt even work there a week later, she smelt like alchool and smoking the entire time. Watched the infomercial & ordered the BOGO product by phone - told rep. was not interested in extra's. Arrived at my home, 1 product had none of the utensils or extra pans that other product came with (not even the spatula). The holiday was booked with private car transfers to and from the hotel with the Aitken Spence group. The vehicle that collected us from the airport was an old dirty minibus, being a taxi driver here in the UK it would not have even passed the licensing test. Word of warning about booking a Thompson cruise holiday. My wife and I booked cruise for next September 2011 and Thompson wrote to us and said a number of the destinations had been changed and would not be visited in 2011. This changed the holiday completely for us and we did not want to go on it.
