I've had this credit card for 26 years & have always paid each month's bill in full & on time until recently. In June, 2010, I was one day late with my $172.61 total current payment. My July, 2010 showed a $29.00 late fee & $2.23 purchase interest charge. I called them & they refused to remove the late fee but said they would credit me the interest charge. Knowing that credit card companies refer to people who consistently pay in full on time as deadbeats & that it would behoove them if I cancelled my card, I have & will not. read full review »

I started receiving spam e-mails from this company. I have attempted to opt-out many times. They make it really difficult, and then when you think you have it figured out, it doesn't work, and you continue getting their spam. Just recently I tried to unsubscribe yet again, and my virus protection gave me a warning message that their website is not conventional format and is likely virus infected. I and my husband eagerly registered to attend the September Symposium. At the time I was working in Africa. I sent in my registration and paid the fees for both my husband and I to attend. DO NO buy Acer monitors... Their support technicians are useless when it come to fixing the monitor issue with no power on and Acer logo flashing during initial turn on the monitor power. Two seperated cases was openned for each of the problem mentioned earlier. Sent both monitors to Acer for repair and got back with exact same problem. There is no way to convince Acer tech support that their monitors are defective and should have been repaired or replaced instead of sending back and forth for nothing. This company is running a scam using Craigs list. The letter the seller sends is about why she/he is selling the item dirt cheap, is to pay for a daughters wedding. Forsta Mediation must be fairly new to the loan modification scam as the only results I could locate when I investigated them were very positive. I ordered a 1987 454 mercruiser turnkey motor from remanufactured.com for $5490. When it was delivered it had automotive parts on it and they were not usable on a marine engine as well as the wrong exhaust system Remanufactured.com was fully aware that this was going into a 1987 SeaRay Cabin Cruiser to replace the 454 mercruiser that was damaged. When the engine was installed and taken out for a test drive, a leak in the oil pan was discovered, the leak is 100 drips per min.
