Im not submitting any complaint on a company but on the Home show itself. I have tried to email a complaint but I have not had a response. I bought a high performance ford AOD transmission back in Feb 02 2008 from ramparts out of Tampa Florida. It came with a 1 year unlimited mile warranties. The first day I got the transmission it had the wrong shifting linkage. I installed the transmission I worked only for about a mile and I lost overdrive. I brought it down to my transmission shop I use and they told me that the input shaft was broke. and the transmission is a stock OEM. My new condo association hired Rodney as a result of a proposal sent to us via e-mail by Doris Kelly, the business's office manager offering his services to inspect and clean our complex's 39 chimney, fireplaces, and dryer vents. Bait and Switch system is being used when potential renters are shown an apartment, it's only a model. That one is never available. The one they switch you to, you will never see until you sign this lengthy lease which consists of the price you thought you were going to pay, but then increased by 50%, but wait they'll give you coupons to take care of the difference if you ask. It gave a number of 1-800-715-1074, the lady had all of my proper info...which all of the other 6 numbers I called could not, and gave me a cancelation confirmation ID, it took about 3 minutes. I was contacted by VISA to say that I had joined a dating service at a cost of £36.75 or so when I didn't have my computer at home; it was in the repair shop. So I guess someone has obtained my aol email address and added the subscription service to my initially FREE account... opened just to check on women in my area. I ordered a free sample of the company's teeth whitening product and paid $4.95 S&H, using my bank account debit card. I could not use the product as it irritated my gums to the point that I had a difficult time brushing my teeth. Upon request, they did not proceed with any returns or exchange agreements.
