Garmin has been wonderful with it's product support. Unfortunately MSN has NOT!!! I paid $1, 000 for a garmin Nuvi 680 May 07. I also Paid MSN $129 for "lifetime" service. My antenna/receiver was defective and failed. Garmin is replacing it at no cost. MSN refuses to transfer my service to this replacement antenna/receiver. They have offered to pro-rate a refund and will re-charge me $129 when I get this replacement. Me and my husband purchased a new VW Jetta from the Mike Haggerty Volkswagen dealership in Oak Lawn, Illinois. About a year later, we had trouble with the latch that keeps the trunk open. I was laid off involuntarily on March 14, 2008. Prior to that, I called Sears to enroll in AccountCare just in case I was included in the next wave of layoffs. I, too, ordered the $1 trial of Green Tea Extreme which came with the Hoodia extras. I thought they were more advertising.
