Used a $20 coupon to get an oil change/tire rotation - no complaint there. Service guy showed me that my air filter needed to be changed - for $30. I figure I can do this myself for $15. So I said "no". However, I think that they purposely re-screwed my cover back so tight that it made it extremely difficult for me to open it myself. In spring of 2006 I purchased a 1990 3500 from Ellensburg Chevrolet. It had just had a fresh engine installed. I drove it 3500 miles and it started reading 15 lb oil pressure. I signed up for the master card that was promoted by Kroger Co. I returned from a 13 day cruise to find out I owed them a payment the next day by mail. Never have I had such a short time to pay a bill.
