I renewed my Norton antivirus on line. I was billed $59.99 by Norton on the 25th of April and was billed on the 14th of April for $79.99 by Symantecstore.com. At the time of the renewal, I understood that the cost of the produce that I agreed to purchase was $59.99. Me and my family of (5) members went to baskin robbins 31 flavor wedsnday 4/30/2008 @ 8:45 pm in honor of the .31 cent scoop night. the limit was 10 scoops per person. I bought a new laptop from best buy about 3 weeks ago, well after 14 day the gateway laptop died, so I sent it in for service, that was on the 16th now they have had it for 16 days and they still can't tell me when they will get the parts? I have been with AT&T since 2000. It has been all in all a good company, except when it comes to their marketing tactics. They will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract and buy a phone. This time I was promised $120 unlimited voice, text, and internet. Ask the girl, Christina, six times to verify. I was told the only way to get the plan was to buy the extraordinarily expensive I-Phone ($500) . Took home the phone, opened the package- the lady at AT&T verified the plan with me, at $140.00. Just letting others know that I have received a reply from the BBB with an accompanying letter from that company stating that they agree to refund my money. I travel alot and recently me and my fiance traveled to Hawaii. We had the worst trip coming home. We flew delta home none of the three flight were comfortable, we didn't have the seats that we were suppose to have, and if that wasn't enough !!! The last flight our seat was right agaisnt the restroom and it was broke. I called to place a complaint and was told that there wasn't a work order for that flight, so there was nothing that could be done. I purchased a Westinghouse LCD TV model LTV-37w2 HD in August of 2007. I received the product and was initially happy. We put this TV in a spare room thus the TV was used very little, 50 - 100 hours by my estimation. Early in March of 2008, after having the television for about 7 months the screen would no longer stay on. When the unit was powered on, the screen would display for about a second and then go blank. I emailed them and they said I could send the product back and they would not charge my card anymore. I sent the product back unopened and this month I received a credit card charge of $59.99.
