Same thing has happened to me except - I didnt order the colonsmart originally and in addition to being sent and charged for product, I was also sent make-up and charged, wrinkly ointment and CHARGED, and Charged again by all three companies. Only to find out I had to pay to ship returned and have an RMA form also!! All together my account was charged over $350 in fees, shipping and handling.. Mike Lampe- owner of The Real Estate Center in St. Thomas USVI- rented us a boat slip at Sapphire Marina for the month of May 2006. He did not vacate the slip until the middle of May. During that time the new slip manager called us and said we could not move our boat in due to the fact that Mike Lampe was several months past due on his slip rental. A few days later the new slip manager called and said Mike had paid up to the end of April. I placed an order with them in January and never received it but it was charged to my credit card. They acknowledged that it was never delivered and told me that in order to get another pair of shoes shipped, I would have to fill out a form which they were to mail to me. I found this company over the internet, the deals look good and cheaper then on other sites, but then I was calling like once a week and the delivery date was re-scheduled again and again. I wanted to cancel the order, but the person on the phone just hang up on me. The day I arrived from the US with my laptop, I booked 2 walky talky phones from Kurla west as it was buy one get one free offer. I also purchase an Internet USB. None of these were delivered until after a month. Their so called Engineer they sent to set up the internet was nothing but a quack. After every complaint they sent the same person. I would never use this compay for any plumbing problem! The are the cheapest in town becuase they are the sloppiest in town. They do poor work, ave bad customer service, and leave customers waiting two months or longer for invoices. They really need to get their act together. As a very small business, I see them going under with this company. They simply need to bring Marty back. We purchased a HP Pavilion dv2000z NB PC for our son for college. During the 1year warranty my son had to send in 3 times for repair. 1st repair in October 2007 and it took 4 weeks to receive it back from repair. 2nd repair December 2007 and it took 2 weeks to receive it back from repair. 3rd repair is even worse: HP repair center received PC on 2/25/08. Your company took unauthorized money out of my account. As a result of these transactions, my important bill was unable to get paid. As of today, my bill is considered "LATE". I am being charged late fees that could have been avoided. This is ruining my credit, as well as my reputation with this company. It is also causing them to question my character. We sailed on Carnival Cruise line in 2008 and decided to go to the auction. While we were there we bought a painting that we liked. We were not interested in selling it for money to make a profit. However, when we got the "painting" we realized that we could have done the same thing at home with our plotter. To top it off, we probably paid over 500% of what its worth! Beware - quality is horrible, price is crazy and they won't even work with you to return it. Lexmark x3470 - this printer is absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY...I bought one and had to replace the ink and then it said cover open when it was not. After trying to fix this for an hour or so I gave up and called Lexmark. They eventually sent me another one which I avoided using for a while and now I have had to use it. It ran out of ink, I put in more ink, and what do you know same exact thing. Don't buy these printers they're the same quality as the toys you get in quarter machines. read full review »

Another victim of global replica slick site and sales pitch. Ordered Yacthmaster in last March, received watch COD 2 days later with wrong face colour and markings. Called and the claim replacement was sent, which came COD which I refused (probably not a watch in package anyway). Called several times, keep claiming another package sent out via FedEx ground and told them the whole ordeal was beginning to be agonizing, when rep interrupted me to tell me real agony is kids starving in Africa. Our worst buy ever has been the pasture vacuum made by Greystone USA of Las Vegas. We bought one (the larger Maxi Vac and mostly made in the USA). We think it is poorly made with numerous design flaws. The Chinese made trailer coupler was assembled backwards and even after we took it apart and put it together with the springs in the right order it still needed to be pried apart each time you took it off/put in on the trailer ball. Refinancing horrors. Our loan was purchased by Bayview and 2 weeks after they purchased the loan they sent papers saying we were delinquent on our 1st payment--the previous loan holder didn't apply our first 2 payments! That straightened out then Bayview changes the terms of our loan to an INTEREST ONLY loan and bumped our payment up to $5500... I had service and cancelled with Excel over a year ago. Out of the blue I now have charges on my bill for long distance that I never activated. When I called they kept saying I had active service with them. When I asked who activated it and when it was activated all they can say was I activated it. They have absolutely NO back records of my previous plan. Overall this experience and my last was that they have horrible customer service. My whole family has cancelled service with them. Dell has charged back over $780.00 in deferred finance charges after the promotional period runs out when you still have a balance. Which you cannot pay-off through the normal payment options. They put most of your payment toward other purchases then the promotional plan balance get the smaller of the payment split. Isn't this illegal? Now I owe finance charges on finance charges. This is a very shady company! They keep billing me over the limit fees. I called to find out the amount I needed to pay and when to get under the limit. I did as they said and they slapped another over the limit fee on me. I had to call the company 5 times in one day and still do not have the issue resolved. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am posting as many complaints on the internet that I can. I am also sending a complaint to corporate(like that will make a difference). The service is rude and incompetent. They will hold your check until your payment is late, and then charge you a late fee. They even changed their mailing address without notification, so my check came back, and of course was then late after I had to call them to get the new address, and mail it again... Calling them is so frustrating... no one cares. They tell you they will correct your account... and then do nothing. I am now looking for a new lender, and can't wait to be rid of them. I had my wedding in St. Thomas, USVI and had an excellent photographer. She put my pictures on Pictage because she said since she is out of the country it would be easier. That was a mistake, Pictage was horrible. There customer service is horrible. In the end they billed my credit card twice. When I called them and told this they called me a liar.
