I get 15 to 30 scams a week most seem to be claiming from South Africa by way of London United Kingdom I have gone to the websites of the supposed sponsors to verify and/or report such activity unfortunateley there appears to be no way to stop these things from coming!!! After informing the techs that I needed to have a high grade oil in my car, they told me that they had put it in the car. However, the oil quickly burned up, so I always expected that something was not right with the oil. The Village of Westchester IL. salt truck struck my van on a parking lot, Febuary 21, 2008. My van was legally parked and the driver not not stop, by was in a hurry to get away. A accident report was made and we tried to contact the Village for assistance in repairs. A letter was sent to the Mayor and Director of Public Works along with an estimate for repair on march 26, 2008. They have not responded. The repair estimate is 812.00 for my left fender. I check my bank account pretty religiously. The other day, I noticed a $1.00 charge from ITunes pending, but it never went through, so I just let it go. I do visit the site occasionally and thought maybe it was just a mistake and was corrected promptly. Ordered tea from Wu Yi. Was billed and money withdrawn from account. For past two months have been noticing $19.95 withdrawn from my account by WI/Living Lean. Do not know what this charge is for, but called bank and had my card discontinued and new one issued so these people cannot continue taking money out of my account. I got Riddex plus to get rid of bugs in my apartment, 2 months now and the bugs are still around. Now I have to smell the fumes of the spray. Holiday Inn Select in Trevose, Pa is a franchise; will not work with you to issue a credit or refund if you book on line. Claim that "terms and conditions" are agreed to before entering their website and are binding/legal. I hired them to build me a sunroom, I signed contract in Oct, and down payment paid 30% Nov 7, 2007. Make first payment on Jan 23, 2008 another 50% they start to build deck, April 2008 room still not complete. This company hires sub contractors. What a nightmare - ceiling leaked, some window didn't work well, put screw with head's sticking out on floor, worker show up when ever they feel like it.
