I have three children (1 disabled) Theresa Eckerd works at a pizza restaurant on Grand. She refuses to pay her child support (now owes over $4,500). Says she'd quit her job before she'd give those kids money. Hasn't seen them in 4 years. Theresa Eckerd also stole around $4,000 from Social Security saying she had the disabled child when she did not. Guess what? Social Security isn't doing anything about it. I have had similar programs with GE Money Bank. I did the Promotional loan on getting carpet. I paid it all in full on August 4, 2006 at 12:20pm. I have confirmation that I paid and they received payment with a reference number. They keep calling saying I have not paid and I get bills for delinquent payments. My 3 year obligation was over 01/07 I have given them faxed requests, written requests and phone calls but they continue to bill me .I forgot to mention they took 2 unauthorized payments from my checking account and I had to spend $30 to place stop payment on my account. Cole European of Walnut Creek, CA off of N Main St is as crooked as they come. I have two unauthorized charges made to me credit card by this company. I am not sure how they managed to obtain my credit card number. Thank God I am able to stop the second transaction from going through. The first one did and was reversed. Purchased a bulldog pup at the end of 2006 from Jenny at Bulldog Alley. I requested all registration paper work and pedigree info, in the contract we signed. 7 months later still don't have it , and she will not return emails or phone calls. Re: Hyundai I bought an accent last year (accent 2006), and this year, the hyundai in Syria said that there is a problem in this car. The problem was found in its driving wheel , and they added that it causes a lot of serious car crashes .They offer to change the whole system of the driving wheel by paying 400$ . This company will not return an email or telephone call. I purchases a Nikon camera and a special deal with this company. The soft camera case does not fit the camera. I have been a customer of Bank of the West located at 2127 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612, since 2004. The account was on my name but never experienced any problem depositing or cashing any check, including checks payable to me and my husband, such as tax refund checks. Home Pride, Inc. in Omaha, NE contracted to put an entire new roof on my home in Earling, IA, after a tornado last year. I had a bad experience trying to bake a potato using the 1.6-cubic foot, NN-SN756B panasonic microwave. The surface of the potato was lightly perforated with a fork and placed on the microwave tray (what i mean to say is that I adhered by all the rules to bake a potato in a microwave).
