I brought my car in for major service. Told service rep. Not to rotate tires. Newer brand in front. Wrote on service order. When i got car home, noticed one side had been rotated. Mechanic checked off on checklist that he did not rotate tires. Mechanic is a liar. I don't know if he performed any inspections that he checked off as being ok. He also scratched one of the alloy wheels. Service manager denies this. Also, a couple of years ago, i bought a used car here. It turned out to be a piece of junk. Had to sell for a loss. The practice of buy now pay never using no account checks bearing fake social security numbers is happening at banks in the midwest. The banks pass the loss on too paying customers in higher fees and interest. The Inspector General's office for fraud says happens all the time, is illegal, but rarely prosecuted.

I ordered my wedding dress, my mother's dress and my bridesmaid dresses. We made our bridesmaid order in Feb. My wedding date is June 16th. Our ship date was for the first week of May. I live in Brooklyn, NY, maybe not Sears country. I have a warranty on a Kenmore water heater. It failed on Sunday, May 6, 2007, after 13 years, quite reasonably. I called the number on the warranty, which is the same as the number on the website. I had an appointment for 8-12 am on Monday, May 7, but nobody showed up. I tried to find this item on the website, but the connection appeared to be down all day. Have tried to get Truegreen out to my place now for two weeks. They have made alot of promises and never showed up. They even sent me a bill for over 1000.00 for the whole year and was going to charge me double of what they had quoted me. I called them up and gave them a second chance, they even flubbed that up. I am hoping that someone can help me in finding out if a class action lawsuit is the way to go. We built a new house last May (2006) and had a large amount of Pergo Accolade installed. Immediately upon moving in the floor began "cricking" and "snapping". I recently purchased a Lexus RX300 that now has 85,000 miles on it. Just last week the transmission went out. Aren't Lexus' supposed to be dependable and last longer than many of the vehicles out there? On June 8, 2007, EDP withdrew $159.95 from a special checking account that only I have authority to use but fore my disabled daughter's expenses. I have discovered she went online with the premise of rebuilding her credit, she thought she canceled but a month later they took money. I used to be able to get addresses, internet addresses and phone numbers free from several lookup services. Now, although there are many more such services, almost none of them provide useful information free and some of them want an up front fee before they tell you if they can supply any information about a specific person. Web Hosting Buzz
I want to complain about the (lack of) ethics of Webhosting Buzz. We hired the service last year and were appalled by their bad quality (down time more than 10%, etc). We stopped using them in January this year.
After no news from them, we receive a credit card charge for U$S 100 out of the blue, for renewing! In no way whatsoever we told the company they could renew our membership. So in fact they stole money from us.
An appalling company with an appalling service, please do not use them!

State of Ohio Department of Taxation. On april 17, 2007 I received a letter from the tax department that I owed $221.00 when I should have been getting back $125.00. The Ohio Tax is trying to claim tax from my Federal Social Security which is a no, no according to my tax consulting person. We recently bought Nafco / Domco vinyl strips and laid them in our bathroom. When we purchased the strips, the person where we purchased them from ask what type of floor we had down and I told him solarium. He said it would be ok to lay the strips over our existing floor.

Can anyone help me? I'm an American citizen and I tried leaving the Philippines on Sunday, but immigration stopped me. They said my temporary visitor visa which allowed me to stay up until 10/20/2007 also meant that I could not leave without the permission of the Bureau of Immigration. I bought this 01 Jetta brand new and have had nothing but constant problems.
Bolts all over the car are loose and falling out, all of the screws around the air filter fell out, the 3 bolts holding the ignition coil fell out. The bolts holding the windshield wipers on fell off so the wipers fell off in the middle of a downpour! Main bolts holing the frame together are not tight.
