I tried the free sample deal and did not read anything about being put on an autoshipment program, so needless to say I wasn't expecting to receive any further shipments or charges on my credit card, never the less I received another bottle of the hoodiaxs. So upon receiving the shipment I sent an email to the website asking to be deleted from the autoship program and to not recieve any more products from them. Since then they have proceeded to bill my credit card again. I took it in the shorts once but now I am mad. I guess the old saying is true nothing is ever free. My Account was debited twice in the amount of 49.95 by 2 checks numbered 9999 and 10001. I do not know who these people are. They sent me a check in the amount of 49.95 refund, but I am crossing my fingers the check is good. I am still waiting for the second refund to be sent and there is no way to speak to a real person. This is the worst outfit I have encountered online. I ordered a hard drive on January 9, 2007 and received it shortly thereafter. It did not fit my computer and they issued an RMA ( DG07129A12). I sent it back with the RMA number. I waited a long time and when I sent several emails, they claimed that they have not received it. When I purchased my E-Machines (Gateway) computer from Best Buy in December 06, I was told I would receive a free Vista Upgrade disc. I filled out the rebate form which was on the sales receipt and mailed off the form mid February o7. I had a 2001 Toyota Echo that had a bad power steering motor that was going bad. My car was still under warranty, so I took it to Alderman's Toyota in Rutland Vermont to have the motor replaced. My latest Verizon home telephone bill included a surprise from OAN Services Inc. It showed a call to their directory assistance was made 3/25/07. To use this service it says we dialed 1015158000 and for the privilege charged with taxes $7.57. The only directory service number we know is 411 and with this kind of rate for OAN Services it makes no sense to use. I received a letter and a check today that said I won 81000.00 and a check for 2850.00. They said the check was to be used for the clearance fee. This is a scam in the name of the companies listed above, they have no idea (they do now) the check was in the name of Avid Airline Products. We called them and they are already working on it in there fraud department. If we would of cashed or deposit the check it would of bounced our bank account, because the check is no good. I purchased a bedroom set from Norman Allendorp on April 10, 2007. He said he will call me when the bedroom set is coming that is Thursday or Friday that week. I purchased a Vivitar ViviCam 6330s in 10/2006 from Office Depot. It was a wonderful little camera with a sharp screen and produced great prints. That's where the good news ends. I only got 30 pictures on a charge and I was having trouble putting the battery in and taking it out of its casing. It looked like the battery had been sliced at the top, so I thought it was defective. We owned a cheep Kenmore upright. This sales guy phoned and had a spiel about the Tristar vacuum. We thought for a "prize", which we found difficult to collect on, but we heard him out. This guy was slick but he made it sound really like a good vacuum, even with a nice demonstration. I hate sales people, and this guy was good. And he got us to buy one of these little toys of his. I purchased a 42" Philips Plasma HDTV approximately 18 months ago. I am pleased with the set except for the following. I have burn in on my screen. It was not caused by a still image on the screen but by long exposure from the sun through a vaulted ceiling half round window. The "spots and lines" are in line with shadows that were cast in certain areas of the screen. Verizon cell phone service - Surprise AZ Bought phone in IL, worked fine, came to AZ for the 4 winter months. I ordered a teaching class from Overcome Everything, Tellman Knudson in Brattleboro VT. The class came with a 365 money back guarantee. I ordered the classes on 12/21/06. There was to be 17 classes. To date there have been four. There was supposed to be a schedule of the classes. None was received. An emergency e mail would show up the day of the class. The class would be a speaker selling you their product. I did not get any value for my money. I requested a refund and I was ignored. Broadband national is a big rebate scam company. I have been trying to get back my rebate for the cable and internet service with comcast. Broadband national has been giving one or the other reason for the delay in processing my rebate form and finally after 8 months they say that I submitted the wrong rebate form.
