My complaint is not about any particular company in the moving industry, but more about the types of complaints made against moving companies by customers. I received a letter from juno telling me that my credit card was no more available for juno to take payment. The reason is that December 26/2006 by a telephone call, we advise juno that we no longer wanted the service because we already change our internet access for another company. After that phone call we still received charges on our credit card even though they had been advise that we did not want their services anymore. I bought a new 2002 Silverado, with in the first 3 months the transmission had to be rebuilt. Within the first year it had to be rebuilt again. This is an ebay store. I purchased an item through auction, a vintage clock, that did not work. I dealt with Ron Kiker, Phenix city, AL Mr. Kiker was very reasonable in suggesting that I return the clock for a full refund. The clock was returned, and Mr. Kiker said he would issue a refund. The refund was never received, despite repeated attempts to resolve this with Mr. Kiker. We bought a 2001 Honda passport in 02/07. By 04/07. 2 months later, the crankshaft broke and needs a new engine. Turns out the engine was either replaced or was worked on and then rod was repaired made to thin and broke. I was purchasing All Free Clear HE from a local Sam's Club up until a month or two ago as they did not have it. I applied for a passport in mid-February, today is May 7th, and I still haven't received it. I tried calling the 1877 number on the website (practically the only way to get ahold of someone) 2 weeks before my vacation (as instructed), and after 3 days of 2 hours waiting on the phone, I still can't get ahold of anyone. I was charge 49.99 by this company and I did not give them permission to debit my account. I did apply for a pay day loan and was turned down, and I remember the pre paid card popping up and I closed the screen, because I am not going to pay to get a debit card and I already have one from my bank, I would like to be fully refunded, and the bank charged me 32.00 for the overdraft. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased.
