After 22 months of making all my payments on time by car was involved in an accident and declared a total loss. My insurance company paid for all but 600 dollars. I contacted UACC immediately and although they said they would go to bat for me, negotiate a payoff and work with me on the balance it was all a lie. Had booked 4 nights at the Essex House through Hotels.com (Expedia). My stay there was very unsatisfactory. I ordered a book from ecampus.com on 1/22. I picked standard shipping which according to their site states that it takes 3-7 business days. I emailed them on 2/6 to let them know that I still had not received the book. They responded a day later telling me that it takes 13-14 days even though it their site clearly states otherwise. Cheap trips is a scam. First they coerced me into a membership through false promises of another product. I think it was an I pod or something (I know I'm an idiot). Then they make you wait for a package for your password. Once I got the password I logged on discovered they really just forward you to reputable sites like orbitz for there good fares. Last year I placed an order with 24/7 Hockey for just over $700 of hockey equipment from their webpage. They filled the order and sent it out in to packages. One of the packages arrived and the other did not, so I contacted them concerning this. This complaint is on FerrellGas 1579, 350 Roger St., Princeton, WV. We paid over $3100 for 3/4 of our 2007 winter propane on 4/24/06 with an agreement to be automatically filled every 30 days. We have had to call for each fill up, then put in line for another 7 to 10 days before delivery. A 30 day fill up was due on 1/22/07. I paid $35.00 for Home Depot to come out and measure my porch door to install a fiberglass door. After taking my money and measuring the opening I am told that they do not have a fiberglass door that fits but they can put up a $1700.00 wood door. I booked 4 tickets with BA on 23 Jan via their website. I booked in South Africa. By 25 Jan i had not received any e-ticket. I checked my credit card and no debits were present. I have a 2003 Saturn Vue with major transmission problems. I bought the car with 35000 miles on it, at 35990 the car starting making a grinding noise and found out the transmission was having problems, Saturn said they fixed it. I take all the blame for being stupid and responding to an online survey. The promotional offer was 2 lb of coffee plus a coffee grinder for $9. It sounded like a good deal. Somewhere in the fine print was a $25 membership fee. I was charged $34.00 on Jan 30. I went on line to check my credit card bill and saw this charge plus another on Feb 7. I am writing about the fact that Timex is using hexavalent chromium or chromium 6 in the tanning process of there leather watch bands by a company out of Hong Kong. Hexavalent Chromium is deadly and I have been stricking by Chromium poisoning after purchasing this watch. In October 2006 an employee at Roosevelt Square Apartment Homes gave out personal information regarding my lease terms to a non lease holder over the telephone. This information included the day my lease was signed at the exact day it expired.
