hello,
i registered as a koodomobile customer in december2009, but was never satisfied with the service and sought to discontinue using thier services from 1st february 2011.
i will clear the remaining balance of 18.70 dollars as bill payment for the month of january 2011.
but they want me to payan extra 19.70 dollars for tab for the phone which they offeredme as free when i opted to use thier services at the start.this is totally unfair as they always told me at the start that the phone comes absolutely free with the service.
can you be of any help.

It is unbelievable that such an informative, unique and interesting program such as "Tru Tv's In session" was removed from the Canadian viewers.
We have been watching the live trials for over 20 years and it was suddenly replaced by the ID channel, which is nothing but repeats from other multiple channels.
There are many reality and sports channels being aired, why not cancel one of those channels and let the fans of the live trials once again enjoy something they want to watch.

Leaving your tires and rims with Kal Tire may seem like a good deal. Hey, they store them for free and for a very reasonable price change them for you in spring and fall. No muss no fuss.
Well... that is until they loose them. Then try to tell you even though you've been coming to them for years, the computer has no record of you.

I went in to Gemoro yesterday to enquire on the cost of a Croc Camel strap as a replacement to my current leather strap on a Breitling Navitimer World (purchased from them in 2007)
The lady said she had one.. she did, but a brown croc strap and I said that wasn't it. She pulls out the "book" and says there are only three straps and this is one of them. There is no croc camel colour... "it's probably aftermarket".. whatever the heck that means.

I may not have had it as bad as some. I purchased a 6 piece bedroom set from Leons in hamilton on January 24. I received the items by delivery from their burlington store. My 1/2 night tables, the wooden leg split in two had been stapled to hold in place. Next the dresser was warped in the back so installing the mirror was impossible becuase the bolts would not make the distance to the threads. And finally the box that our bed frame had come in was open apon delivery with no hardware to be found. So now we lay on the floor awaiting for a phone call. read full review »

The girl at the front desk sits and calls everyone that applies online (EVERYONE) and gives them the same speech. This is a complaint about both WalMarts in Lethbridge. It seems to me everytime me and my wife and our 9 month old son do our shopping in either of the two WalMarts we always get followed around by the security, the "undercover" security people. At times I try to ignore it, but it gets tiring. Why do they do this to us? We spend alot money there. We don't just spend a few dollars there we spend hundreds or sometime thousands a year! Read the fine print before you book your courses alot of hidden cost. I asked for a refund and was told that there was a $ 100 fee for administion with I was not told when I booked the course but they said they told me so on the phone, they did not inform me. I called to cancel the next day and they have already put the transaction though. It has been a month and a half so far and no refund which they said would take a month. I entered into a contract with Mad Designs on August 24, 2010 to replace my front steel door and new windows for my bedrooms. It is now five months later, they still have not given me a proper fitting door. The door they gave me has a 1/4 inch gap where it is not the right size. My girlfriend pre-paid for her and I to take rock climbing lessons as a Christmas gift. She was told that she needed to book at least 2 days ahead of time. Seeing as our anniversary was also coming up, we decided that we would make a weekend out of it and rock climb on Saturaday. I signed a "non-cancellable lease to own" contract WITH TANGERINE at the beginning of the contract to purchase a debit/credit card terminal for approximately 1900$. 65$ went to LFG who finances the terminal, $35 to Elevon and Telemergis to process transactions. Direct Energy Service
I phoned their 1-800 number and she did not want to help me and hung up.
I sent three emails and received no response.
I mailed a letter to their head office and still no response.
I never signed up with Direct Energy and also did not realize this until I received the December bill for over $300 and I was only living in the house for half the month as my bill is paid automatically. This has been going on since 2007 without my authorization and knowledge.

Bell Canada is harassing me daily due to there mistake of over-billing and calling my house up to 16 times today. I purchased a Dell XPS laptop in January 2009 and then promptly hopped on a plane to Mexico for a few months of vacation time. Almost immediately (within days) I started having problems and the laptop crashed. Contacting Dells XPS support and using the operating discs, we were able to get it back up and running again and the problem has persisted ever since until today, January 21, 2011.
