I hate these guys. I signed up for high speed internet and the technician came over 2 weeks ago. right after that I noticed my internet constantly disconnects yet the lights on my modem remains on. Summary of issues : 2 1/2 years ago bought BRADA front load washer / dryer with a 5 year extended warranty. My Bauer goalie skates are falling apart, and they're less than two years old! The hard plastic cowling around the boot, which is there to protect your foot from the puck, is cracking in more than one place. Bauer will sell you a new cowling, but the cost to buy it and get it installed is about the same cost as the skates were new! A better deal: buy someone else's skates. The person still continually calls and now has caused a problem with our phone. After a couple of bites into my sandwich, it tasted as if I ate cigarette ashes with a very foul taste. When I took a look at it, I saw what you see in this picture (name the blackish ingredient). Byer beware, I just fell prey to this company who claimes that they are connected to microsoft and offer online virus protection which u can purchase. I did and realized, unfortunetly too late, that this is not legit. I allowed them access to my computer to clean up viruses on my comp which, according to them, was interfering with other websites. We found Concord Pacific Group Inc build very poor quality of construction and misinform homeowner about customer service. During warranty period we had found lots of construction code violations.
