We had a 6 month ordeal with this company. We bought new vinyl floor for our kitchen which was not properly installed (it was only perimeter glued, rather than gluing down the whole tile surface). The company promised to install tankless water heater tank in our house. First time they installed it, it came out all wrong: the workers created a flood in the basement, damaged floor, carpet, walls and kitchen furniture in the neighboring room; workers were standing on our new washer machine, put instruments on it and scratched it badly.
