My spouse and I purchased a mattress and headboard from your Barrie location 5 months ago and received a 'Claim Your VISA Cards' grocery promotion. I recently purchased an X-Box 360 from superstore only to find an old x-box with scratches on it in the box. The cords in the box looked brand new and didn’t work with the consol. Now I’m stuck with a consol that I can’t even turn on. I’m pretty sure employees have been switching the products. Stay away from this company. They are a complete scam. I was called several times stating they had 2 buyers for my car and paid $399. Never heard from them again and never received any inquries on my vehicle. I checked my add on the website and it never had any views. I was scammed by Micheal in the Edmonton office 1-780-669-0408. We were told that Mor Energy was working in co-operation with the
Hydro distributors ( in our case Wasaga Distribution ) to replace their
old hotwater heaters. The one they would sell us on a monthly rental/

Our roof was 6 years old when we finally contacted BP Canada to advise them of the fact that the shingles were occasionally being blown off by wind. This spring, the damage was more severe which prompted us to finally contact BP Canada. Prior to this, our roofing contractor returned to install the few shingles that were lifted off. (Don't ever let them get your card number).
The product arrived 9 days after the order. The product was impure, as ACAI must be consumed alone with NO additives. There exist MANY additives in this material. It must also have USDA certification, which this material does not have. The product contains sand (silicon oxide).

This is pure fraud - but I may have an idea who's doing it...authorities should check into "The Smart Smoker.com" as I did authorize a payment to them just 3 days before this occured in the amount of $9.98 & both places are in FLORIDA as well! This is a first for me & has taught me "never to enter a site that I've never heard of before!"

I purchased a Telus cell phone and I activiated the phone on line. I purchased a pay as you go account but since I had given my credit card information Telus has decided to charge me the maximum allowable costs. I had registered to be notifiedn of when I need to add more funds to the account but Telus decided to do it at an extra ordinary rate for me

Electrolux EW23CS65G SXS Wave Touch Counter Depth fridge re-occurring problems with no solution from manufacturer.
Problems: In-door water line freezes solid and meat & produce keepers cause contents to freeze at factory recommended temperature settings.
6 service calls, 2 new Replacement fridges, 1 new replacement freezer door with no solution from Electrolux or Vendor.

Made an extended warranty claim to the Walker Group in July 09, on a TV purchased at A&B Sound. After 4 months of waiting for parts, the final bill from the servicing company is nearly ready -- at over $1000. Last month I took my car in to Transmission Depot on Kipling Ave.
This is the most incompetent transmission shop I have ever seen. I brought my Nissan 300zx in because the gears were beginning to stick. My car was kept there for more than one month. I was told that the part was on backorder and they could not finish repairs until it arrived.
