I receive calls from this company every couple of days looking for someone who does not live at my address. The number varies from 1-800-439-6575 to 1-866-350-2949. I have called them back a few times to tell them they have the wrong number and to stop calling, yet the calls continue. I have warned them on the phone and recently through their website that they are harassing me and I will look into reporting them to whomever will make a difference. Not only Comwave has poor service with extremely bad scustomer service, they say during the initial call that 1st mont sevice can be be cancelled with no obligation but of couarse you have to pay $50.00 in the name of Port Out Fee. They charge $500 (ish) dollars and say that if you do not sell your vehicle within 90 days, they will refund you $400 ish (the $100 is supposed to be an advertising fee). I recently purchased a software package online via PayPal (Sep 21, 2009 $40.93) and have several complaints regarding the transaction. 1) I was overcharged. Don't use this company! We are 2 couples who booked cruises this summer 2009 with this company. They charged our credit cards and didn't submit payment to cruise line on time. I subscribed to this site to report someone who sent me the link to join and the requested my password. To compensate for it, I got some little credit to check out the site. I was stupid enough to use it and the credit expired with no warning. The chat session continued and I was charged $200 a week later. I own a vacuum truck company, that worked under Octane Oilfield Services invoices and was to pay 10% off of those invoices to Octane. The work started in May 2009 and ended in early July 2009. After invoices were not paid in 60 days I contacted the company and was given all sorts of excuses. After 90 days outstanding I again contacted the company and was lied to again. I have been with TD Insurance for at least 16 years that they have on the log. I know it's more like 19 years. On a Friday I get a phone call after hours from man that states call the company we are not renewing your insurance. I call and am told I have minor infractions with my car and that they have no long term committment with loyalty. Just that they are not renewing me and without much warning. For years now, the Godfather Pizza business in Kincardine, Ontario (950 Queen St.) has been making a sub-par product and selling it to the local primary schools for "pizza day."
