Purchased a Roots leather Milano bag which was $400.00 and approximately 3 months later the stitching started coming apart. Roots will not replace the bag and even worst it'll take 4 to 5 weeks to have it repaired. The customer service manager won't acknowledge that the stitching is defective as she only reads from her policy manuel and keeps repeating her answer that the stitching just came undone and this can be repaired at this repair centre in Toronto. Black toner in Brita filter? I have been using Brita filter for the last 15 years and I am very familiar with pitcher type filters. Usually small carbon participles are released free during soaking or regular operation. The last time it was very much different - black unfamiliar substance was released into water making effect similar to when you dissolve black ink. On Jan 27, 2010 my credit card was billed for $130.13 Can for each product for what I assume would be a full size of each product!! My friend and I were returning to Canada on March 02, 2010 after visiting Thailand for 2 weeks. Was going through Drive thru this afternoon, March 7, 2010 waiting for my food at the pickup window. The server had gone to get my order and had left the window open. I do not appreciate one of the front line staff stomping up to the window "swearing" under her breath and then slamming the window in my face. These people are completely incompetent and dishonest. If you show up on time for an appointment, they will keep you waiting fifteen minutes printing out the contract which should have been printed beforehand. Then, the contract will contain errors, including the incorrect spelling of your name. Your name will stay in their system with the incorrect spelling for the duration.
