Legitmate looking advertisment on Hotmail advertising side-panel, looked at their 'comments' from CNN news and other high profile newsmakers promoting product. Figured it wouldn't hurt getting a trial size of the recommended products, but the ad also connected another product to it stating that with both it "really works". Last year Hydro One came to our house (still living with my parents) and they came to change the house to one of those smart meters. My story is the same as everyone else's and yesterday I spent 5 hours trying to contact this company and finally got a phone number from Mastercard that works from Canada. It's 1-416-900-1137 and it's a UK number but I cancelled my account in less than a minute. Mastercard told me that unless I could provide a cancellation number the company could continue to charge my credit card. They were forthcoming with this. My recent experience with Bell Business Internet has been one of the worst experiences of my entire business career. I bought a sample of Life Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox on July 30, 2009. These products were shipped on August 7, 2009 and I received it on August 12, 2009. On my credit card account there is the price (US $5, 93)for the sample on July 31, 2009 and that's ok. I'm submitting this complaint for my mother she doesn't own a computer. My mother ordered a loud and clear (hearing device) it was advertised on tv for $29.95 she ordered 1 they sent 2 and chared her credit card $132.78. She mailed the merchandise back on July 7, 2009 and requested a credit back to her credit card. It is now August 26 and no refund. I booked 3 tickets to go to Lebanon, the agent did not write the correct spelling of my first name and my father's first and last name. Now, she is asking me to pay 200$ can for each ticket which is equal to 400$ can to correct the names. Knwoing its thier mistake and do not want to correct it. My wife her mother and sister checked in to the Hampton inn on Aug 14 and was told they needed a credit card for damage depoist.(done) The next day they paid for the room in cash and asked for a reciept. They told them to just keep the reciept that was under the door. One week later i noticed my Credit card was charged for the room. I called the Hampton inn and they told me they have no record of cash being paid, they would of gave you a reciept. I purchased a pair of Wip Balm Sandals at my local Aerosole store at the beginning of June 2009. Within a month of wearing them, the insole was separating from rubber outersole, at the heel of the sandal. I had ordered 7 dresses from San Judes' bridal for my wedding. On the reciept she said that she was ordering a designer dress for me. When the dresses arrived, they were clearly fakes and poorly hand made by someone else with the cheapest quality material. We paid the designer price. This company was previously called Lucia Bridal that has had fraudulent activity before.
