Good afternoon, I am writing in order to complain about the extremely high energy costs in my area. For three years my husband and I have been trying to resolve this issue with our local MPP. Here's my experience with CIBC Bank I opened a bank A/C with CIBC bank in 2005, because they have one nearby my home. As i was having an abundance of virus popping up on my computer a pop up reasured me that all i had to do was pay this amount (29.95) and my computer will eliminate all bad viruses (spam) or even clean the directory. However, since the first time starting in May, 2009 an increase in spam was apparent and eventually my computer jammed.I had to go to Staples (costing me $450.00) in repairs to my tower. I just bought some Debbie Travis Roman blinds for my son's room, and when I opened the package, the instructions were very vague, and looked like they were for another product. To sum it up, the charges went through, yet the product was not delivered on time.
