When we received bills for a service that we do not need, have never used, and never will use, we phoned and canceled that service on February 6th 2009, at 12:27 pm with operator Sachin. Guess issued four bounced cheques to me along with five other employees. He also hired many other employee and never paid them. He later hired a limo service used it and never paid them which the outstanding bill is $14000.00. I later found out that there is a warrant for his arrest which is still effective by the Toronto Police Service. I have received very poor customer service from Primus as well. I should've known to stay with my current service provider (Bell) when it took primus 2 WEEKS to connect my phone when I moved to my new house. We cancelled with Yak Communications and went back to another provider. Yak continued to bill us for several months despite many phone calls and hour long waits. Finally, supplied proof that we are with the other provider (faxed in the bills) and a supervisor agreed to credit our account. No charges outstanding. The invoices kept coming. I went shopping one day and was accused of being a thief, without any evidence. The following day I tried to do my shopping again. This time I was branded a thief, and told not to enter the premises again. All this was done without any evidence, as the crime was not done by me. I'm innocent. We bought an LG Plasma tv at the brick 2 years ago and have had problems with it ever since. The warranty company had a repair man come out at least 4 times, then finally in January they picked it up and took it to be repaired (although they had already repaired this same part and it never fixed the problem). We saw 6.30 show on 1st March in the Movie Dome Theater Calgary. The Print Qualit was so dull and dark and it looks like 70's movie. The picture was cutting from all the side in an angle.
