The owner of this company (I won't name him here) believes that publicly embarassing his employees is normal. The rules in his company were outrageous - for example, you couldn't speak about negatives or problems out loud (because he was scared you would "nag out" the rest of his employees). Be wary of Rogers! If you cancel their services and you are part of the "VIP bundling package" you are charged for all the "savings" you received in that plan. I called a rep and they stated that when you sign up on their bundling plan, you eneter a 2 year "verbal" committment and if you cancel early you incur the "savings" charge. Nowhere do they mention this on their statements, but they insist it's a VERBAL committment. Rogers Communications make it a habit of bilking even the most long-standing customers out of every penny possible. Their complaints department practice the art of bouncing you around from department to department giveing you no support until you can take it no more and hang up. It seems that certain payphone operators in the USA no longer allow the use of Canadian calling cards to make toll free calls back to Canada. I made two calls from the State of Washington last year that cost over $40. The calls were added to my regular phone bill even though we pay for a block of long distance. This travel agency is the worst place to buy any ticket from. The manager whose name is Naheed does not have any knowledge in the ticket booking. She is extremely rude and once you paid your ticket price she does not care anymore. There is a deadbeat dad named John or Johan Wolfe who once resided in Winnipeg, Alberta and is now in Ontario. He has one son who he gave up his rights to when the boy was at the age of 5. Not only did he arrive at court stone drunk each time but did not lift a finger in fighting for the boy at all. His son is now 14 and has not received a penny in the thousands of dollars that he owes in child support. A few days ago I bought an 18 Litre cooler water from whole sale store at Cofederation and Central parkway in Mississauga ON. The water has avery strong bad taste as it has been collected from a muddy pond with with no flowing water. I did so and talked to an extremely rude man that had an accent. He sounded maybe Nigerian or something. In October 2007 we purchased a "Leather" sofa with 2 recliners and a reclining "Leather" chair. Within 2 weeks of owning the furniture, 1 of the arms on the couch broke loose as I was getting up.
