Don't get fooled that you will be able to buy something from LenovoDirect website. The prices are great, the product is not available. I have been waiting a month so far and tried to contact them. If you use a debit card, they will put an immediate hold on your account for the purchase, but they don't have the product to ship. We ordered a new front door last fall (not cheap over $1000) from this company on l'Acadie Blvd in Montreal. They messed up the order; and gave us a white door instead of a black one. They then came back to paint it and said it was "guaranteed" to hold. We don't even use this door as we have a side entrance and somehow mysteriously the white paint is showing through in scratches after the winter. My daughter ordered several (HANDMADE) cat and dog costumes for gift giving to me and others. She waited several months for the items to arrive. The shipping was outrageous. They never answer your e-mails regarding complaints. They have their site set-up so that complaint e-mails cannot possibly be sent to them. Scott Lathe of Gasfix was asked to supply a quotation to fix my pool heater. When the cost was about $1300.00 I told him I would need to get a second quote, This is just good business.
