I boarded Bus from Hoskur Gate to Neralur (Route - 360K, Bus No - KA01F2831) Boarding time - 2.50 PM Saturday 12-Feb-2011. On boarding I got a call on my mobile and was on call for 30 seconds. Dear Sir, I was traveling with my family from Chalakudy (S.R) to Chennai in second AC by Train No.16042 vide PNR 4534657285 on 07/01/2011. While the bed rolls were served I ask for the towel to the coach attendant and he told me that there is towels avilable in this root. But Airtel barred my outgoing calls & other VAS without waiting for the dox to reach their HO. Worst part is no one in Airtel knows the exact procedure for a failed verification.
