I bought an HTC Touch (3450) phone 3 days ago.It automatically shut down yesterday all of a sudden and now doesn't start!!? It doesn't even get charged anymore. I Had purchased a sofa at cost of Rs15000 during the month of Sep'07. Till date (Aug'08) There is lot of quality issue. 1) Poor striching. 2) Un tolerable noise during sitting. 3) Tear of cloths. Offers sold on wrong commitments like return of premium after 3 years with 5% p.a interest. also interest and service tax is charged which has not been told earlier. on contacting the service centers, they are unable to assist and behave utterly illogical.
