I took the connection of tataindicom walky last year. After 2 months I closed this connection. I was waiting for my security which i deposited at the time of taking connection. I talked to them and they said there are some pending bills . please clear these bills and in 30 to 45 days you will get your security back. So i cleared my pending bill. I order for refilling of cylinder on 05/11/07 vide order no.31 against my consumer no.3855. But till date I have not favoured with the refilling gas cylinder by the M/S SHRI VIGHNESS INDANE, Housing Board Colony, Dhanbad,Jharkhand.
However this type of occurance happened to me several times previously.
Previously booked on 24/09/07 delivered on 18/10/07, booked on 18/06/07 delivered on 12/07/07 .

*The network is poor.
*customer care service is very poor(executives are not updated with information).
*I generally used to pay my bill through e-payment. I forgot my password. After so many requests, my password has not been reset.

Insurance policy no:- icici20111 dated 25/10/2007 has not been approved/recieved till date. No response is being provided regarding the same for my free insurance claim provided by hp for 1 year. No support has been provided from hp redemption cell inspite of all the documents via email as well as hardcopies through courier and legal formality for registration of my notebook has been completed. No commitment has been shown by the person incharge. Claim being provided while purchasing the notebook are not been followed after the purchase. Sufficient actions need to be taken.

My Aqua guard compact catridge model is under AMS.It is often giving trouble.The technicians attending the complaint are unable to rectify the same and I have to lodge complaint frequently.To day I find that the red light is blinking and water is not passing on.I reported the complaint over phone thrice and personally gone to your office at Link Road,Cuttack. with the machine to rectify the deffects.But in vein.This is the type of services rendored to customers.Hope the matter may kindly be investigated and due action be taken for breach of contract on AMS. read full review »

I have purchased 1.0 ton onida split Ac two year back. But the compressor is not working now. I have complained in sept, 07, at Thane Service Station (Maharashtra) the service man came and told me the commpressor have to replaced. Compressor replacement garuntee is for 5 years.

POOR DELIVERY:
I had booked for a cylinder on 29/10/07 and my office is just four km from the service provider's office. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE- 560099 (nearest service provider) and reminded them. This is with ref to the HP Lpg gas distributer "Abhay GAS Agency, Jagdishpur , dist - Sultanpur , UP. who is charging 320/- per cylinder which is acutally a 300/- cuz along with each cylinder he is giving a Tea power woth Rs.20/- forcefully, aslo in a day he provide only 10 to 15 nos though lots of people r stading there & whole truck come with filled Lpg.

Icici close our saving account while deducting money as credit card fees which we never apply, or minimum balance penalty, as they open the account with zero balance account. We never take any action whenever they deduct money. Our main fault is that we never object when they deduct money so they harass us after 2-3 years. Where are the employees of icici when they close our account without telling us. They never send us any statement from which we come to know that some amount is due with us. I am a consumer ( C. No. 15028) of Indane Gas Service with his delear M/S Vaisnavi Indane Service, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004, (Jharkhand) Phone- 0651 2408700. The service which is being provided by the delear is very worst. They never give the delivery in time without giving complaint to Area Manager (Tele. - 09431129945). They also never give the Bill with delivery of LPG, he is charging the money Rs. 310/= per refill. The delear is such a daring that he ignore the instruction of Area Manager generally.

Water Purifier
The sales person promised to give a eurekaforbes bag while saling the product. We paid the whole amount and that day he told the bags are not in stock we will give you in the coming week.
Its almost 3 months over but nobody has given us the bag. When we call them they do not speak properly and show DADAGIRI, and they tell do whatever you want I am not going to give you the bag.

from day one till now the cellphone is giving probelms.
Firsty it refused charging the battery,got it services from service center and then still the problem was there occassionaly.
Accidently the phone fell into water and i got it dried and it was running great for few months then one fine day it got hanged and i had to give it to the service center.

I had booked the VXi car on 19/10/2007. I was suppose to get the delivery in the first week of November as per promise from the delaer. I am yet to receive the delivery. Every time, dealer says that there are some delivery issues from Maruti and it will delivered in a week's time. Its pathetic that country's leading car company and its dealer fail to inform the possible delivery period to customer.
