i had booked a flat in ittina akala, later on i was advised by my peer groups to not buy a ittina property as the construction is very poor. i had booked it by paying 10,000/-. On the form it says cancellation of booking will mean a deduction of 30% in the amount paid. I am yet to hear from them. Since the change of ownership from Hucth to Vodaphone, things have fallen flat for Vodaphone customers. I get to hear this from all my friends who were brand loyal to Hutch. Hello, I had baught the Tata Indicomm USB modem, but the internet speed is pathetic. Moreover the service is pathetic. I had complained n number of times but no satisfactory resolution. Moreover, my connection was disconnected, and I was asked to pay 1000+ rupees, though my bill was merely 350. After I paid my bill, I requested to connect my service, but still it is not connected. I have been complaining about the batery of the instrument supplied to me but i am not getting the problem solved. The staff of ahmedabad office agtreed that the batery was faulty and i was given assurance that they will change the batery however after complaining for more than three time i did not get the problem solved.
