I have discinnected the mobile no 9871724050 in nov'2006, the full and final settlement amount is Rs 1574.25 (Airtel to refund).I am n follow up with airtel since then, but every time they say, they have sent the cheque, but actually they have never sent as i have never received the refund cheque, also when i cal the customer care executives, they didnot attend the case properly and disconnects the call. I took a 550 combo plan for broadband internet and telephone services in Ghaziabad. I was told at that time that all calls within UP would be free upto a limit but when I saw my first bill,I realized that it was not the case.I was charged even for calls in UP. Secondly,all calls for any moblile no. in UP(Lucknow) are included in free calls but landline no. of UP(Lucknow) are not counted as local calls. I have been having a Eureka Forbes water purifier for approx. 2 years and am satisfied with the product. Unfortunately around 10 days back the water purifier stopped functioning. I lodged a service request with the helpline and was told that a service engineer would come the next day morning. Since then everyday i have been calling the helpline with the assurance that a service engineer would come in the next hour but i am yet to see a service engineer. I had been a vodaphone user for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. I went to get a replacement SIM for my Vodafone number, and was told it will take 2 hours for activation. Its been over 24 hours now, and the SIM is still not activated. The best part is that the Vodafone Shop at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi, does not have a telephone number listed on Just Dial or even with Vodafone itself!! SO when I called Vodafone Customer Care they told me that I should go back to the shop, as they have not received a request for activation. He next day I have given (ICICI employee collected) the documents in original again. I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking. It is the obligation of the Company to immediately replace the product if it has got a manufacturing defect causing malfunctioning without even its having been put to use. I booked a ticket for my mother from Mumbai to Kolhapur which is a direct service, they charged Rs.500, when the usual fare is Rs. 300 -350.
