Thsi system we havee purchase one month back. Within few days of installation your servicee engineer Sylesh visited the system asnd addjusted the internet options. Sincee then we are unable to access the broad band connection properly. We have made several calls to your service center but no action has been taken from your side. Recently all the documents in my documents in drive C vanished In Paint Text is not comming. CD is not accessable either for reading or for recording. hi, I had requsted for broadband connection(bangalore) one year back. I received a feedback that the connection could not be installed as there is no availablity at my residence. After one year I again request for connection this time also I receive the same answer. Since I took connection I was not able to use internet regularly. First time it was due to the fault of my machine. Afterwards several times I had to complain about non connection to the main server. Each time Something is done and all is OK. But after some days the connection is out and I complain and it is made Ok. This happened several times. I had an SBI card for the last 1.6 years...My company decided to send me abroad for long time and hence I told the SBI agent to cancel the card in the month of July and also settle the account.
