I’m Rabin Biswas from Durgapur West Bengal. I've broadband connection from the beginning. It is almost 6 months that I'm using this service. But within this 6 months I've done almost 40 complains for technical faults. My last 40 days complains details are listed below. - Complain No. M0193 on May 12th. I purchased a motorola v3 on 17th august 2006 and my cell started creating problems from around 10th of may. I have been to my local service center around 5 times and they repaired my cell but as i start using it again it becomes dead. They even sent it to delhi after which it was repaired but the same problem again came and my cell was dead again. I asked them to replace my cell or give me a new cell but thay are saying that company has stopped producing this model no. This is a formal complaint against the kind of mental & physical harassments, I received while trying to finance a used car from Kotak mahindra Bank, Delhi. It is tragedy that I went to big bazar to buy a computer table two weeks back. They gave me a packed item and they told that, fitters will come and do the fittings within 2 - 3 days. I am still waiting and already this is second week and nobody turned up. After waiting for 4 days I thought let us open and try to assemble myself. Unfortunately when I opened the the it I found two damaged pieces in the item. When ever I am calling they are telling that, already they left for fittings or they are on leave or the item which has to be replaced is out of stock. We had bought dushheri mangoes from a subhiksha store in agra at price of Rs. 14.75 per Kg, while same mangoes have been priced at Rs. 12/- per Kg at other subhiksha store which is 2 kms away from store. How this difference occurred. Management is very poor. I booked for Gas cylinder delivery on 13/6/2007. Order No. 3700. Time 9:57 AM.It was not delivered till a week. When I visited gas agency they asked for address proof. The gas agency's did verified the addresses from the copy of ration card I submitted at the time of new connection. I was harassed unnecessarily. We were moving from Mumbai and chennai. The packers were supposed to unload and unpack the goods for which they had charged us. In chennai, they send an open truck ( a local trucker) and he refused to unload unless paid in full. Secondly, they were supposed to unload and unpack and we were forced to look for people to unload and spend a bomb to unload and unpack. I have purchased water purifier of eureka forbes on 10 may 2006. After the purchase of the purifier the company person has committed me that after 6 months they will be visiting our place for service and change of carbon, but after 13 months are over no one from the dealer or the company came to my house for change of the carbon. I recently bought a Fast Track Sunglasses when i went for a holiday to vishakapatnam and i did not examine the glasses for scratches and other manufacturing defects as i believed it to be a good brand. Initially it worked ok but gradually it stopped working. We complained to Dealer, he redirected us to Hitachi.
